Shipping charges for orders to be shipped outside of the US is quoted by our carrier during the order entry process, based on the specified ship-to address information. Costs for orders shipping via International Checkout will quoted by International Checkout. |
| What is the return policy for international orders? |

Presently, our return policy for orders shipped internationally is the same as for domestic orders. Please see our Terms & Conditions for complete details regarding our return policy. Returns on orders fulfilled via International Checkout will need to follow their return policy, for more information, see International Checkout's terms and conditions here. |
| When will my international order ship? |

International orders are shipped no later than 48 hours after the order is placed, but usually within 24 hours. The same as orders for delivery in the US. For information regarding orders shipping outside the US via International Checkout, refer to transit time information provided by International Checkout at the time of order entry. |
| Will I need to pay any additional duty or taxes on my international order? |

For orders shipped internationally by Roman & Sunstone: Any duty, taxes, or other fees are included in the shipping charges quoted by our carrier during the order entry process for orders shipping outside the US. If, in the rare event that the carrier has underestimated these charges, they will contact you directly to arrange for payment of the overage.
For orders shipped internationally by International Checkout: All duty, taxes, and other fees are included in the shipping and handling charge. |
