Dear Sir/Mam, the bracelet which I received surpassed even the description in its quality. The concerned people of your store staff went out if its way in their trying to remedy the situation. The lady, for whom it was intended, is a big boned woman--- it never dawned on me that the jewelry could be too small. Perhaps a future footnote in your pages could be helpful in the interest of sizing?
